Based on the data provided by the HPD2 optical sensor, staff look for a vacant workstation via app. By analysing usage data, office space can be optimised and utilised in the best possible way, reducing running costs.

The HPD2 optical sensor detects how many people are present in a given area. Here, it is possible to divide an area of up to 100 m² into as many as 10 zones.
Using a web-based application, the Smart Workspace solution collates data on how building capacities are utilised. The key figures can be provided for the entire building, for each floor and also by room type, and displayed on standardised dashboards. This identifies potential savings at a glance.
